JAMMU, Sept 7: To celebrate the 53rd International Literacy Day, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Sangam Tru Art production and National College of Computer Education here today presented Dogri Musical Play ‘Bin Akhar Sab Suna’.
The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest J.K Koul, Chief Patron J&K Bhoomi Human Welfare Society.
V.K Magotra, Former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity; Dr. Tara Singh Charak, Former Deputy Director Health Department; Dr. A.C Bhagat, Former Chief Animal Husbandry Officer and J.K Raina, Producer, Director Films were the guests of honour.
The Musical Play was written, produced and directed by M.L Dogra and the music was assisted by Raju Bajgal, Music Instructor BLSKS.
Earlier in welcome address M.L Dogra threw light on the importance of World Literacy Day in India and said that it is celebrated on September 8 each year.
