JAMMU, Apr 2: To observe the ‘World Autism Awareness Day’, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Sangam Tru Art Production organised Musical Concert ‘Bachche Man Ke Sachche’. The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest, Dr. Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, Health Department.
Among guests of honour were V.K Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity; J.K Raina, Freelance Producer Director Films; J.K Koul, Freelance Writer, Producer and Director and Chief Patron of JK Bhoomi Welfare Society and Dr. Anju Kumari Dogra from Health Department Jammu.
The programme started with National Anthem while skits, songs and dances were also performed on the occasion to aware masses.
The songs were written by M.L Dogra and music was composed by Raju Bajgal, Music Instructor BLSKS. The chief guest said that all countries are celebrating diversity and promoting the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities, including learning differences and developmental disabilities.
The welcome speech was given by M.L Dogra, Chairman BLSKS.
Usha Handoo, troupe leader STAP along with artists Raju Bajgal, Rajni Gupta, K.K Joshi, Sanjeev Sodhi, Bindia Arora, Rakshit Sharma, Ujwal Sharma, Kanchan Malhotra, Bodh Raj, Naveen Malhotra, Ansh, Adiraj, Ranjeet, Tilak Raj, Jiya Mahajan and Vandhana Gupta enthralled the gathering.
Rajni Gupta, troupe leader BLSKS presented vote of thanks.
