JAMMU, Jan 5: The Social Welfare Department today celebrated 208th birthday of Luious Braille, the Massiah of blind of world .
The special students of Residential School for Blind, Roop Nagar organized the main function where in all blind of Jammu province participated.
Special students showed their talent through skits, ghazals etc.
The programme was witnessed by chief guest Sajad Ahmad Khan, Secretary Social Welfare, Taraq Ahmed Mir Special Secretary and Virji Hangloo, Director Social Welfare Jammu.
Mementos were distributed among the students.
Khalida Begum, Superintendent Blind Home, Roop Nagar presented vote of thanks.
