BJYM stages protest against UPA Govt

JAMMU, May 12: BJYM activists staged a protest demonstration against the scam tainted UPA Government in general and Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi in particular in front of Press Club here today.
The protest was led by BJYM State vice president, Karan Sharma along with state secretaries Ishant Singh and Ajay Pargal.
The protestors raising slogans against UPA Government also torched its effigy.
Addressing the demonstrators Karan Sharma said that corruption and lack of accountability of the UPA Government has become a major cause of concern for the people of country.
Lambasting the Union Government he said that mere resignations of two tainted Ministers of UPA namely Pawan Kumar Bansal and Ashwani Kumar are not enough but Prime Minister should also quit.
He also demanded arrest of two Ministers. BJYM leaders Vijay Choudhary, Baharat Sharma, Mohinder Partap and others also participated in the protest.
