JAMMU, Oct 22: State president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Ravinder Raina, after the consultation with BJP Jammu district president Rajesh Gupta, nominated Ishant Gupta as the BJYM Jammu West district President.
After the bifurcation of earlier Jammu district into Jammu West district (Janipur and Talib Tillo) and Jammu district ( Jammu East, Gandhi Nagar and Satwari) by the State unit of BJP, it is mandatory for the BJYM to nominate the district presidents for newly created districts. The announcement regarding the nomination of BJYM Jammu district president was made after the meeting of BJYM office bearers which was held at party office here today. Ishant Gupta was assigned with the responsibility of BJYM State secretary earlier.
