JAMMU, July 2: BJP State President & MLA Jugal Kishore Sharma, said that there is a wave in favour of BJP across the country which has made Congress, NC and other parties totally frustrate.
Addressing a rally at Akhnoor today he said that today every citizen who has suffered on account of the anti-people policies of the Central as well as the State Government is waiting for an opportunity to teach these parties a lesson. “Everyone has now realized that the Congress did only two things-loot and divide”, he added.
Making a scathing attack on Congress he said the party is expert in befooling, cheating and misleading the innocent voters but now it cannot repeat the same as the voters have seen through its game plan and hence the days of not only Congress but of NC and PDP are numbered.
Mr Sharma said that lust of Congress leader Jawahar Lal Nehru for the chair of PM resulted in the division of the country in 1947. The same Congress later led by Indira Gandhi turned the whole nation into a jail in 1975 by imposing emergency. The British even did not harmed India as much as the Congress and its greedy, corrupt leaders and the frustrated Congress is using even CBI to shield corrupt elements, he added.
State Vice-president & Akhnoor District Prabhari Vibodh Gupta said that Mahatma Gandhi wanted the Congress to be disbanded after independence but Nehru and other party leaders who had the lust for power did not allow it to happen.
State general secretary Kavinder Gupta, BJP Cells Prabhari Sat Sharma (C.A), Akhnoor district president Sukhdev Singh Sarpanch, Kissan Morcha State president Karan Singh, and Yuva Morcha State president Ravinder Raina addressed the rally.
