BJP spoiled political scenario in J&K for power: Manohar

Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, Apr 27:  Former MLA from Billawar and senior PCC leader Dr Manohar Lal Sharma  (Ex-MoS)   has alleged that BJP has spoiled the entire political  scenario in the State and ignored the aspirations of  Jammu people for the lust for power.
In a press statement here Dr Sharma said that both the parties who talked much about the ethics and  their  political agenda had forgotten their basic political ideology only for grabbing power in State,  which ultimately lead the State to confusion and uncertainty in all spheres including administration too. The leadership of the parties  in coalition  of all three regions of the State  are so confused  due to which the administration is direction less leaving the people in doldrums.
Dr Sharma further said that the State is  in shambles and there are so  many problems which need urgent attention to address. They included unemployment, poverty, inequitable development, discrimination in employment between the regions leading to steep rise in frustration  among the  youth. But the Government is mute spectator on these issues.
The Congress leader said the one and only intention of BJP- PDP Government in the State is to keep the people busy in baseless issues so that they may not ask about the development, unemployment, price rise, core health issues and all other things which were promised to the people of State as well as country before elections. Both the Governments in  the Center and State are run by BJP but miserably failed in coming up to the expectations of the people of the nation.
Dr Sharma alleged that  BJP and its leadership for making money by corrupt practices is setting aside all the ethics and principles of public life  only to grab money and with the help of money,  the power which will be prove fatal for them.
