REASI, April 1: Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) Senior Citizens’ Cell held a meeting here today to discuss various issues of senior citizens pertaining to their day to day social and administrative matters.
The meeting was held at BJP district office under the chairmanship of JD Singh, BJO State convener of the Cell and was attended by office bearers of the Cell from Reasi unit, besides prominent party leaders as well as prominent citizens. The speakers highlighted various issues including concession in railway fair for senior citizens and usage of Golden Cards in Narayana Hospital, Kakrayal.
Speaking on the occasion, DDC Chairman Saraf Singh Nag assured the participants that both the matter will brought into the notice of the concerned authorities for early redressal.
Those participated in the meeting were Subhash Chander Gupta and Varinder Badyal (co-conveners), Shiva Kumar Sharma (State executive member), Sudesh Puri (Chairman, MC Reasi), Sheel Magotra (district president Reasi), Gopal Krishan (district co-convener), Balbir Singh (district convener), Kuldeep Dubey and KK Sharma.
