KATHUA, June 14: BJP Senior Citizen Cell (SCC) organized a meeting at Mahanpur, Basholi, district Kathua on completion of eight years of Government under the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi on the instructions of State president, Ravinder Raina, general secretary (Org.), Ashok Koul and BJP All Cell incharge, Rakesh Mahajan.
BJP Senior Citizen Cell State convenor, JD Singh while addressing the meeting gave details of achievements made by Modi Government in last eight years.
He also made list of future programmes in hand with Modi Government to make India self reliant, economically vibrant and world super power.
The programme was amongst others also attended by Col. (retd) Mahan Singh, DDC chairman, Kathua, Baldev Baloria, senior party leader, Subash Gupta State co-convenor and P.C Sharma district convenor, Rakesh Sharma, Parladh Singh, Prem Nath Sharma, K.K. Khajuria and Ashok Kumar Chouhan.
The Programme started address of J.D Singh, State convenor and proceedings of meeting were carried by district convenor, P.C Sharma who spoke on behalf of Senior Citizens and expressed satisfaction on the welfare schemes launched by Modi Government for senior citizens.
The schemes of health care especially Ayushman Bharat in special was appreciated by all.
