JAMMU, May 10: BJP strongly condemned the heinous and barbaric act committed by the terrorists last night in Shopian, wherein a young Indian Army Officer attending a wedding in his village during leave was kidnapped by the terrorists and brutally murdered.
Party, spokesperson Brig (retd) Anil Gupta, while paying homage to the young officer said that this barbaric act is the manifestation of Jihadi terror and imposition of Wahhabi Salafi ideology on the Kashmiris by Pak sponsored Jihadi terrorists. Killing of a fellow Kashmiri Sunni Muslim is against all tenets of Islam, he added.
Shri Ram Sena J&K also strongly condemned the barbaric act of terrorists, who killed Lt. Umar Fayaz Parray the young Kashmiri Army officer from Sadsun Kulgam last night.
Ram Sena State president Rajiv Mahajan said that the policy of the State Government to deal with the law and order in Kashmir valley will spoil the image of the security forces and the circumstances will take place as had taken place during 1990.
