JAMMU, Apr 6: BJP Kupwara district president, Mohammed Shafi Mir in consultation with party’s J&K president, Ravinder Raina, party J&K general secretary (Org.), Ashok Kaul and other senior leaders announced new office bearers, Working Committee members and constituency presidents.
Shabir Ahmad Zargar, Mateena Begum, Gh Hassan Khan, Captan Ashiq, Bashir Ahmad Sheikh and Mohammed Asif Malik have been nominated as district vice-presidents.
Nazir Ahmad Bhat and Raja Nasrulah have been nominated as district general secretary.
Ab Ahad Tantary, Ab Rashid Lone, Mohd Rafiq Lone, Gh Nabi Sheikh, Shahmeem Ahmad Pir and Ab Ahad Mir have been nominated as district secretaries.
Er. Nissar has been nominated as district media secretary, while Javid Ahmad Shah and Rayees Ahmad Mir as district additional media secretary. Mohd Iqbal Wani has been nominated as district office secretary. Gulzar Ahmad Lone as district publicity secretary and Pirzada Mehraj as district additional publicity secretary.
Mir Basharat has been nominated as district IT & Social Media secretary and Mehraj Ahmad Dar as district treasurer.
District Special Invitees are Gh Rasool Bhat, Haneefa Begum, Mohd Lateef Lone, Samander Sheikh, Habibullah Lone and Sonuallah Dar. Bashir Ahmad Lone has been nominated as Kupwara constituency president, Mushtaq Ahmad for Karna, Haji Altaf Hussain Khan for Lolab, Mohd Abass Mir for Handwara and Nazir Ahmad War for Langate constituency.
