A meeting under the chairmanship of Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari was held here on Saturday, in connection with the preparations being made for the National Council Meet, to be held in the national capital on January 11 and 12, 2019 at Ramlila Maidan.
BJP National General Secretary Dr Anil Jain, BJP National Secretary and Delhi BJP Co-Incharge Tarun Chugh, Pradesh Organization General Secretary Siddharthan addressed this meeting and took stock of the preparations being made for the meeting of National Council.
Pradesh General Secretaries Rajesh Bhatia and Ravinder Gupta, other Pradesh Office bearers alongwith workers connected with 24 Departments were also present at the meeting.
National General Secretary Dr Jain informed that the meeting of the National Council to be held in Ramlila Maidan on January 11 and 12 will be the largest meeting before the Lok Sabha Elections.
”About 12,000 delegates from every District of the country will participate in this meeting. This has become more important in view of the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections,” he said.
”Prime Minister Narendra Modi, National President Amit Shah, Union Ministers, National and Pradesh Office bearers alongwith other leaders will participate in this meeting and all of us will get their valuable guidance,” Dr Jain said.
”24 Departments have been formed for the preparations of the meeting of National Council headed by separate workers,” Mr Tiwari said.
He expressed his hope that they all will be able to make the meeting of National Council successful by their best efforts.
”The 24 Departments will make all the arrangements for receiving the delegates coming from all the Districts at the Airport, Railway Stations for boarding and lodging and transporting them to and from Ramlila Maidan,” Mr Chugh said. (UNI)
