JAMMU, Oct 16: President J&K BJP Mahila Morcha, Rajni Sethi held a meeting with the leaders of Mahila Morcha of Gandhi Nagar Mandal today.
BJP Mahila Morcha State vice president, Anju Dogra, State additional media secretary Prerna Nanda and State social media secretary, Pooja Chouhan were also present in the meeting which was also attended by Rekha Chouhan, Mandal president and the office bearers of Mahila Morcha Gandhi Nagar, Mandal.
The meeting witnessed the discussions regarding various organizational issues to strengthen the organizational base of BJP Mahila Morcha to prepare for 2019 elections.
While addressing the meeting, Rajni Sethi, focussed on the role of ladies in society. She said women have an important role to play in building the future of women in the nation. She said that the Women’s Wing of BJP is working with unmatched enthusiasm across the nation to achieve the target.
Rajni Sethi stressed the women Karyakartas of Gandhi Nagar Mandal to make strong and persistent booth level working and encouraged them to ensure that the committees of prominent ladies are formed at every single booth. She added that the Mahila Morcha activists have to work hard for strengthening the organizational structure.
Shashi Sethi, Madhu Singh, Swarna Paudwal, Meenu Devi, Asha Devi, Ram Pyari, Sheela Abrol, Ravinder Kour, Ward Presidents of Gandhi Nagar Mandal and Panchayats were also present in the meeting.
