JAMMU, Aug 10: BJP Senior leaders Chander Mohan Sharma and BJP Training Cell State Convenor Rajeev Charak have strongly condemned the brutal attack on party activist and members of BJYM State Committee Shushpal Singh.
While talking to reporters here, today Chander Mohan Sharma said that Shushpal Singh, is performing as “whistle blower” against land grabbing, particularly illegal occupation on rivers and other water bodies. He urged the police and administration to apprehend the culprits immediately. The youth leader Shushpal Singh who had played a role in perusing district administration to demolish illegal constructions from deep Nagar Nallah in Digiana area had already informed administration in wiring about the danger of life from land mafia.
Rajeev Charak, described the attack an attempt to murder. The trend of such type of crime is increasing day by day. As for as Shushpal Singh case is concerned a FIR vide No. 61/2015 under Sections 341, 323, 427 PCR and 4/25 Arms Act stands registered in Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu.
