LUCKNOW: Launching a fierce attack on Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Samajwadi Party (SP) president and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said BJP was following Britisher’s policy of ‘divide and rule’ for political gains.
In an exclusive interview, Mr Yadav said under ‘divide and rule’ police society was being divided for political gains. Those who have taken oath of Constitution to maintain the unity across the country were spreading hatred and playing divisive politics.
“I always say that BJP people carry a drug with them and they distribute it in public at the time of elections to garner votes. People should beware of them as it is creating rifts in different sections of society” he pointed out.
