BJP distributes relief among flood hit families

UDHAMPUR, Jan 12:  Extending a helping hand to the flood victims, Udhampur district unit of Bhartiya Janta Party donated ration, blankets and other items among more than seventy affected families, here today.
For the purpose, a public meeting-cum-function was organized at village Sangoor where  BJP State secretary Pawan Khajuria distributed the relief material among affected families. He  assured that the party would leave no stone unturned to provide all basic facilities to the affected families.
Mr Khajuria listed the initiatives taken for help to the flood victims by BJP and more particularly Minister of State in PMO and local MP Dr Jatendra Singh. He hoped that after the formation of BJP Government in Jammu and Kashmir, the welfare and relief measures would gain further momentum.
Another senior BJP leader Som Raj also addressed the gathering and highlighted the achievements of Modi Government.
