JAMMU, Aug 16: Dr Manohar Lal Sharma, senior Congress leader and PCC general secretary, strongly criticized the stand of BJP and PM Modi on corruption issue.
He said the corruption was the main issue of BJP during election campaign and the silence of Prime Minister on this burning issue is under question. “Na Khaunga Aur Na Khanay Dunga”, where it stands now?
The whole BJP party leadership is trying to mislead the nation over the charges of corruption against their Ministers by diverting the attention of Nation by raising other issues and counter allegations against opposition in different states of the country today. Dr Sharma further said BJP is fully exposed over black money issue in which foreign affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is under question to help Lalit Modi who is involved in hawala transaction in most infamous IPL scam in which CM Rajasthan Vasundra Raje is also involved.
A most infamous VYAPAM scam of Madhya Pradesh State has also surfaced which started in the year 2009 and continued upto 2015. This is a shameful act for which the whole democratic system is under question.
In Maharashtra their Social Welfare Minister Pankja Munde is involved in multi crore scam of allotment of supply orders without adopting any codal formalities and Vinod Karvekar I&FC Minister also involved in irrigation allotment scam.
Chattisgarh CM Raman Singh and his family member are involved in CAPD scam of multi crore rupees.
People of Nation want a reply from the Prime Minister to come clear on these crucial issues, said Dr Manhar Lal.
