JAMMU, Dec 8: Dancing to the beats of drums and distributing sweets, jubilant BJP workers celebrated the party’s impressive show in the Assembly election in Gujarat here, today.
Led by Ravinder Raina, hundreds of workers and leaders assembled at the party’s State Headquarters in Trikuta Nagar and danced to the traditional drum beats. They raised pro-BJP and pro-Modi slogans, and chanted ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’.
J&K BJP general secretaries, Vibodh Gupta and Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal besides other senior leaders were present on the occasion.
J&K BJP president, Ravinder Raina said that BJP has marked landslide wins in Gujarat and performed very well in Himachal Pradesh. He said that Gujarat has voted for the BJP Government for the record time with an unprecedented number of seats. Whole credit goes to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for his Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas. He has served every person in the nation. He has touched lives of people from all faiths; which has led to record win of BJP. He added that people of Himachal have voted with a clear heart for the BJP and the BJP has scored a good vote share there.
Raina said BJP has also served the people of J&K caring for all the communities and regions in the UT. It has done justice with all the neglected communities of J&K. He said that BJP will cross the 50-plus mark in the Assembly elections in the Union Territory and will register a “landslide victory” to form its Government here.
“It clearly shows the victory of the developmental agenda of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. People voted for the BJP for peace, security and development,” said Ravinder Raina.
The BJP’s victory in the Assembly election of Gujarat has vindicated the policies of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi-led Government, Ravinder Raina said.
