BJP candidates will win with thumping majority in UP : Nadda

NEW DELHI, Jan 15: BJP president JP Nadda said all the BJP candidates will win the UP election with a thumping majority , also added that the party is committed for the development and welfare of every section in the state. ” I have full faith that with the blessings and support of the people and , all the BJP candidates will win with a thumping majority ” Nadda said after the BJP released the first list of 107 candidates for the first and second phase of Uttar Pradesh election, here on Saturday. He also congratulated the candidates whose names have been declared.
” Every BJP worker under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji has worked diligently 24 hours a day for every section of the society” Nadda tweeted. On Saturday BJP center election committee announced the name of 107 candidates for the first two phases for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. Out of the total 107 candidates, 63 are sitting MLAs while 20 have been dropped.
The list was released by Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan & BJP national general secretary Arun Singh at the press conference in New Delhi. UP CM Yogi Adityanath will contest from Gorakhpur and deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya from the Sirathu assembly constituency in the upcoming polls.
Earlier there was speculations that Yogi might be contested from Mathura or Ayodhya.
Elections for the 403 Assembly constituencies in Uttar Pradesh will be held in seven phases starting February 10.
A total of 58 assembly seats spread over 11 districts will go the polls in the first phase on February 10.
