JAMMU, Dec 4: The birth centenary of Su-Shree Sharika Devi Ji, the principal disciple of Shaivacharya Ishwar Saroop Swami Lakshman Joo Maharaj of Ishbar Nishat spanning over two days concluded with Puran Ahuti at Pushpati Mandir Sarwal this afternoon.
The night long Vedic hawan was performed with diety and religious fervour amid the chanting of Shalokas from Shaivi (Trika Shastra) scriptures.
The entire environment was surcharged with overpowering serenity and divine grace.
The devotees felt the celestial presence of Lord Shiva and His consort Parvati through the celebrations.
The puranahuti was followed by offering of obeisance to Swami Lakshman Joo and Devi Ji. On the occasion the prayers were offered for Jagat Kalyan.
