JAMMU, Feb 27: Prajapati Sabha, celebrated the annual birth anniversary of Sant Gora ji Maharaj, here today with religious fervour.
Kuldeep Raj Verma, Vice Chairman, State Advisory Board of OBC was chief guest. A charter of demands was placed by Des Raj Tyagi to the chief guest for his immediate consideration for the redressal of long pending demands of Prajapati community people at grass root level.
The prominent persons who attended the function and paid floral tributes to Sant Gora Ji were R S Chib and Ashwani Sharma, MLA, Bishnah. Other present were Master Darshan Lal, Jeet Singh Sangotra, Amar Chand, Madan Lal Baldotra, G R Dafaara, Punnu Ramji, Ajay Kumar etc.
The president distributed the blankets to the poor. Amar Chand presented vote of thanks and Guru Ka Langar was served thereafter.
The celebrations were held under the presidentship of Ayodhya Kumar Manawa at Sant Goraji Bhawan below Indira Chowk behind Trikuta Complex.
