JAMMU, Nov 24: Providing best infrastructure facilities to the residents of Gandhi Nagar constituency at their doorstep, BJP senior leader, Baldev Singh Billawaria kick started the black topping of roads at Ward 56 in Gangyal area.
These works are being done under the supervision of the Public Works Department (PWD). On this occasion, Billawaria highlighted the major development works in Gandhi Nagar Assembly constituency in the last years.
He said that black topping on the road was a long pending demand of the residents of the area and this demand has been fulfilled. He said that all the roads falling under the area have been made pucca and the work on the remaining ones would also start soon so that basic facilities could be provided to the people at their doorsteps.
He assured the people of the area that in the coming days also the pace of development would be continued in the ward. Billawaria said that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, BJP at the Centre is fully focused on J&K and big public welfare schemes including free vaccine, free ration etc are being implemented here. The people in general and social workers complimented Billawaria for getting the development done in the area.
Ranjit Singh, Rakesh Sangral, Sunil Sharma, Nagar Mal, Abhinandan Sharma, Balbir Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Suresh Mishra, Raman Kumar were also present.
