RAJOURI, July 10: A bike rider was injured after his Bullet Motorcycle collided with a car coming from the opposite direction in Manjakote area of district Rajouri this afternoon.
A police spokesman said that Bullet Motorcycle No. JK02B/ 5775 collided with an Alto car No. JK02B/8348 at Niali near Kakora village in Manajakote area on Jammu-Poonch highway today. The mishap took place at around 4.30 pm when the biker was on way to Akhnoor from Poonch.
He received multiple injuries and was removed to District Hospital, Rajouri by police. He has been identified as Ankush Sharma (28), son of Satpal, resident of Akhnoor. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
