MENDHAR, Oct 20 : A 18-year-old youth was killed when a motor cycle he was riding, skidded off the road in Mendhar area of Poonch district today.
A police spokesman said that accident took place near Jamia Masjid, Ari when a motorcycle No. JK11-5771, skidded off the road, causing severe injuries to the rider Sadaqat Hussain, son of Abdul Majeed of Kandi Galhutta.
He was shifted to Sub District Hospital, Mendhar where doctors declared him as dead. Station House Officer Mendhar, Manzoor Kohli confirmed the death of the youth in the accident and told that a case has been registered in connection with the incident.
