JAMMU, May 2: Secretary to the Government, Public Works Department (Road and Building), Bhupinder Kumar has been given the additional charge of Director Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) for the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh under the Central Staffing Scheme.

An order issued in this context read, “Consequent to the approval of the competent authority in the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, Bhupinder Kumar, is hereby appointed to the post of Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) for the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh under the Central Staffing Scheme on additional charge basis, with immediate effect, in addition to his own duties, upto December 31, 2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.”
