JAMMU, Dec 30: Bharat Petroleum has announced a month long UFill customer campaign “More For Sure” today, where customer will be getting additional fuel, up to maximum limit of 25 rupee.
UFill is a digital customer experience which delivers on technology enabled Pure for Sure BPCL promise of ensuring that customers have complete control over fueling quantity, time and transparency in their hands.
With UFill, the invitation to customers is to “Fast Forward Your Fill” leveraging the best in digital technology which obviates the need for looking at zero or final reading and putting the locus of control of fueling with the customer, right from payment convenience at the time and place of the customer’s choice upto auto-pre-setting the MPD for the amount paid and without any manual intervention. Very importantly, with UFill, the customer is empowered to take the fueling payment activity away from the forecourt enabling the customer to experience zero wait time after fueling.
This is first of its kind initiative in the country where customers have total control of their Fueling. No Other Oil Company in India has such kind of facility as of now.
As per the Company officials, this scheme has been designed keeping in mind the Digital Payment systems related to UPI and RuPay based transactions in the country so that customers are encouraged to adopt contactless payments and fueling experience during tough times of COVID.
