JAMMU, Apr 26: Chairman J&K Kissan Congress, Bharat Priya has been appointed as AICC observer for the Pratapgarh Lok Sabha constituency in Utter Pradesh.
The appointment has been made by the Motilal Vora, treasurer AICC on the recommendation of AICC vice president Rahul Gandhi. The Jammu Congress leader has been directed by the party high command to stay in the constituency to oversee the election campaign and coordinate with the all concerned related to electoral issues till elections are over in the constituency.
