JAMMU, July 30: Dr Mandeep K Bhandari among 27 IAS officers of 2001 batch have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary level and equivalent posts in Government of India.
Mandeep K Bhandari of J&K cadre, is presently on deputation to Central Government and working as Private Secretary to the Minister for Human Resource Development, Prakash Javedakar.
