JAMMU, Sept 21: Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, Vipra Bhal, along with the officers of Revenue and Engineering Wing, conducted visits to various sites and reviewed the process of ongoing projects.
Bhal along with Collector, Naib Tehsildar, Deputy General Manager, Housing Unit-I and AEE visited Thangar Nallah, Central Nallah, Green Belt and Channi Himmat Housing Colony and gave instructions to take care of maintenance of Green Belt Park. With regard to land retrieved after channelization of both the nallahs, she instructed that the same may be utilized for proper public purpose.
She also visited Housing Colony at Thathar, Jammu, which is under land acquisition process. She issued on the spot directions to collector to pursue the case with the concerned DC for transfer of land to Housing Board for public purpose, besides seeking feasibility report from the committee constituted for the purpose.
The Housing Board MD also visited various ongoing projects of Health sector at Akhnoor and Jourian and gave on the spot instructions to the concerned regarding completion of projects within stipulated period.
