JAMMU, Nov 18: Doulat Ram Bhagat was today elected as president of the J&K Electrical Engineers Graduate Association (JKEEGA), the election for which was held here today.
A total of four candidates were in election for the post out of which, Bhagat emerged as winner by securing 376 votes in his favour.
