NEW YORK, Oct 28: “Deadpool” star Ryan Reynolds says he had the best birthday celebrations this year with actress-wife Blake Lively and their kids.
Lively gave a sweet surprise to Reynolds, 40, by throwing a party at his favourite restaurant, here.
The birthday boy shared few shots from the party on Instagram and thanked his wife and friends for the surprise.
“Best. Birthday. Everrrrr. Courtesy of my wife, buddy, and international spy, @blakelively. With huge thanks to my favourite restaurant in NYC and a special shout out to our children for not ruining everything like they planned,” he wrote.
Lively also took to photo-video sharing app to express her love for Reynolds.
“We fell in love at your restaurant in Boston. We stay in love at your restaurant in NY. Another happy birthday with @vancityreynolds. Hey, Reynolds, I like you a whole lot. Just sayin’…,” she wrote.
The couple’s night out came just after Lively gave birth to their second baby last month. (PTI)
