Benam Tosh hands over 41 Android mobiles to owners

SAMBA, Feb, 1: At an impressive police-public function organised by police at DPO Samba, Senior Superintendent of Police, Samba, Benam Tosh accompanied by Additional SP, Samba, Surinder Choudhary and Deputy SP, Ajay Anand, today handed over 41 costly Android mobile sets worth rupees five lakhs (05 lakhs) approximately to the actual owners. These mobile sets were recovered by the police.
The actual owners of the smart phones and their families have appreciated the sincere efforts of police to recover their costly Android mobile sets and thanked police for handing over the same to them within a shortest possible period.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP Samba, Benam Tosh said that police is committed to recover property of the people in time bound manner and will leave no stone unturned to do the same. He further said that people have many more expectations from police and so, all police officers and officials are working hard to carry out wishes of the general people who are extending full cooperation to police in all matters of public interest. SSP Samba said that more and more police-public meetings and interactions will be organized at different places in the district so as to make flow of information from public to police easier.
