Become job providers instead of job seekers: Kavinder to youth

JAMMU, Apr 15: Appealing to the young generation to become job providers instead of being job seekers, the former Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader, Kavinder Gupta asserted that Modi Government is committed to provide ample opportunities to the unemployed to establish their own business ventures besides creating avenues of employment.
Kavinder Gupta was addressing a gathering at a function after inaugurating a saloon namely ‘Ankush Makeover’ at Gandhi Nagar here today.
Kavinder reiterated that in the coming time there will be multiple opportunities in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the Central Government led by the PM Narendra Modi has already rolled out numerous schemes like the Skill India, Start Up India, Mudra Loan, etc. for the aspiring youth who want to become entrepreneurs.
While calling upon the youth to avail the benefits of various Union Territory and Centrally sponsored schemes, Kavinder asked them to play their role in grabbing the opportunity and work with devotion and sincerity to establish successful business ventures under the aforesaid schemes.
Meanwhile, he also inaugurated a women’s garment showroom at Tikri in Udhampur today. The showroom is owned by a female entrepreneur namely Mannat Mahajan.
While complimenting her on taking up the initiative to adopt entrepreneurship as a career, the former Deputy Chief Minister said that the BJP Government is fully committed to empowerment of women in the society. He said that no society can progress unless its women are empowered in letter and spirit because it is the women who mould the future citizens in childhood stage.
He appealed to the women folk to come forward and avail the benefits of multiple schemes launched by the Modi led Union Government for establishing different types of businesses. He said that many schemes have been specially designed exclusively for women and they must adopt the ones suitable to them as per their choice and local conditions. He expressed satisfaction over the fact that nowadays youth including women are more inclined to become job providers instead of being job seekers.
