This has reference to the news item ‘State loses Rs 1.5 lakh daily in Tulip’ DE Mar 15, 2016.
The famous Tulip Garden which is presently in bloom should be thrown open to visitors before the world famous Tulips may wither. The concerned department should wake up to this reality before it may be too late. In case there is delay, it will be a great financial loss to the State. Losing Rs 1.5 lakh daily is a staggering sum, and can’t be borne easily. Besides, visitors who are presently thronging the State, should not be deprived of watching nature’s beauty – a treat to eyes and massage to stressed mind. Let people enjoy this beauty in bloom.
