JAMMU, Sept 24: Bajrang Dal (BD) activists today held a protest demonstration in front of Press Club here against the State Government for ignoring the flood victims of Jammu in relief distribution.
The protest was led by Naveen Sudan BD State convener. The irate activists also torched the effigy of State Government alleging that the relief material coming from other parts of country is forcible diverted to Kashmir Valley by administration and the victims of Jammu especially in far flung areas of Udhampur, Reasi, Poonch and Rajouri are ignored.
They alleged that the relief meant for Jammu region is also diverted towards Kashmir while Jammu has also suffered a huge loss.
The BD leaders including its co convener Rakesh Sharma, Maha Nagar convener Kartik Sudan and Madav Vaid also participated in protest.
