BBIA discusses issues of industrialists with MD SIDCO

JAMMU, June 25: The members of Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) took up the issues of industrialists with the Managing Director of SIDCO at Association Bhawan here today.
While interacting with the Managing Director, Amit Sharma, president of the BBIA Lalit Mahajan highlighted the worst ever condition of lanes and drains in Bari Brahmana Industrial complex due to which the rain water was entered in the premises of M/s Kailash Plastics, Jhelum Metals, Star Industries, Ambika International, Dainik Jagran, AM Industries and number of other Industrial Units during the pre- monsoon rain in last week.
Mr Mahajan further highlighted the issues related to the insufficient labour provided by the cleaning contractor engaged for the maintenance of SIDCO Complex, repair of roads, lanes and by-lanes, unplanned digging by the contractor for the lying of optical fiber cable and other related issues were discussed in detail with SIDCO Managing Director.
The MD listened to the issues highlighted by the BBIA president and assured the Association to resolve all the issue on priority basis and the necessary instructions was passed to the Estate Manager and Executive Engineer Civil Wing in this regard.
The meeting was also attended by Varun Singla vice president, Ajay Langer, general secretary, Viraaj Malhotra, secretary/treasurer and other members of the Association.
