Bar to abstain from work on March 22

JAMMU, Mar 20: J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu has made an appeal to all the Bar Associations of Jammu Province to abstain from the work in all the courts, Tribunals, Commissions and Revenue Courts on March 22, 2018.
The decision in this regard was taken by the J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu in a meeting convened on March 16 wherein issues pertaining to handing over of Hiranagar case to CBI as is being demanded by the agitating people of Kathua, redressal of grievances of the people of Nowshera, Sunderbani and Kalakote, deportation of illegally settled Rohingyas and Bangladeshiss and issuance of an uncalled for directions in a meeting of Department of Tribal Affairs dated 14-02-2018 were deliberated.
