Bandurakh HC, MRS Club register wins in Hockey

JAMMU, May 17: Bandurakh Hockey Club and MRS Hockey Club registered victories over their rivals in the ongoing Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sub Junior Hockey Tournament, being organized by Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh Foundation, under the aegis of Hockey J&K at KK Hakhu Astroturf Hockey Stadium, here.
In the first match, Bandurakh defeated Jammu Red by five goals to nil (5-0). The goal scorers were Harkirat Singh, Taranjot Singh, Sanamjot Singh, Roshan Preet Singh and Arvinder Singh.
In another match, MRS trounced Unique Public School by four goals to nil (4-0). Sarabjot Singh scored 2 goals, while Sukhpreet and Manpreet netted one goals each for the winners.
The matches were officiated by Angad Singh, Prabjot Singh, Gurpreet Singh and Tejinder Singh.
