JAMMU, May 11: 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu YP Kotwal has rejected the bail application of Sandeep Gulhati, who is allegedly involved in a fraud case.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocate Vishal Mahajan for the applicant whereas APP Ajay Singh Manhas with CPO Crime Jawaid Ahmed Khawaja for the Crime Branch and Advocate MK Raina for the complainant, Additional Sessions Judge observed, “court do not see any change in circumstances except filling of challan as such the applicant filed by the applicant is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed”.
