JAMMU, Jan 15: Third Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Kishore Kumar today rejected the bail application of one Khadam Hussain, son of Mohd Sharief of Vijaypur, who was allegedly involved in kidnapping and rape with minor.
After hearing both the sides, court observed, “in view of the gravity of the offence and also the prevailing lawlessness and the increasing graph of rape and molestation cases, the bail application is rejected”.
