JAMMU, Oct 20: Principal Sessions Judge Kishtwar Bala Joyti has rejected the bail application of five miscreants.
These miscreants namely Haji Akbar, son of Qasim Gujjer, Isaq, son of Haji Akber, Wahid, son of Haji Akbar, Israiel, son of Sadiq and Lal Hussain, son of Sadiq were arrested by the police for commission of offences under Sections 436/427 RPC read with Section 506 RPC.
According to the police, these miscreants had put on fire the house of complainant Abdul Rashid on July 6, 2014.
“Investigation is at infancy thus possibility of the applicants/accused winning over prosecution witnesses cannot be ruled out at this stage”, the court said and rejected the prayer of applicants/accused.
