Backwards classes discuss demands

JAMMU, July 23: In a meeting of All India Backward Classes Union which was held under the presidentship of Abdul Majid Malik, participants flayed the working style of Omar Abdullah led Government.
The meeting mentioned that the Government regularized ReZs of Kashmir province and ignored 400 ReZs of Jammu province.
The meeting further said that the circular issued for college contractual lecturers showed M.Phil candidates of Kashmir province eligible with two years tenure and ignored Jammu province students.
It was discussed that VRS of RTC who daily claim that the amount required for disbursement is with the Government and bills have been prepared by the Government, but Government did not release the money for the past four years, what could be the thought behind this.
Other relevant demands of the union were also discussed in the meeting.
