Backward classes ignored

I
Sir,
BJP and PDP have formed a coalition Govt in the State with Mufti Mohd Sayeed holding the office of the Chief Minister. No doubt slogan of good  governance is being given by  both BJP and PDP but this governance without social justice is meaningless.
The CMP (Common Minimum Programme) is not clear. Talking about Paharis (undefined term) for reservation is only to cover the upper caste people residing at Distt Tehsil and Block headquarters  because all other people are already covered in the RBA and AIC. Missing the  name of State OBCs in the CMP Programme for their due reservation who have already suffered for the past 23 years is a quite shocking.
State OBCs pin hope on the BJP for ther genuine due share of 27 percent reservation granted in their favour but the CMP of both parties do not mention anything about State OBC’s due share and due representation in the Legislative Assembly/Legislative Council.
The Prime Minister  Narendra Modi and the State Coalition parties must think over the slogan “Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikaas” and must think over the constitutional rights of the State OBCs granted by the Apex Court’s Judgement of 1992 on Mandal Report for better say in power in future.
Besides, all institutions meant for the State OBCs viz State Commission for Backward Classes and OBC Advisory and Development Board must be governed by the OBC members without going into politics to appoint the person from the political parties only.
Yours etc…
