JAMMU, June 27: In a meeting of All J&K Yogi birdari which was chaired by Chanchal Yogi, biradari president the demand of 27 per cent for backward biradari was raised.
Speaking in the meeting the biradari president said that neighbouring Himachal Pradesh has 27 per cent reservation for backward categories and same should be provided in J&K too.
He claimed that in J&K State the backward categories are getting 2 per cent reservation only.
Those who were present in the meeting were Raman Singh, Nagar Mal, Des Raj, Ramesh Kumar, Rajan Kumar and Vikas.
