‘Baba Laxman Das, Character, Personality,’ hits stands

JAMMU, Jan 13: The famous research book ‘Baba Laxman Das Charitra: Personality and Philosophy’ was released at various stages. In the Pati Panchayat of Samba district, the book release programmes started from 10 January at Niranjan Sanyas Vedanta Ashram, Village Pati, district Samba under the chairmanship of Mahamandaleshwar Swami Aksharnand Ji and after that the release series was followed by Dera Ganotra on 11, Khajuria Mohalla on January 12 and 13. The final programme was held at Panchtirthi Dham of Pati village.
The release of this character book was completed by the great personalities and saints, in which the Mahant Shri Rajesh Giri Ji, the organization secretary of the Shaddarshan Sadhu Samaj, famous Bhagwatacharya Khemraj Shastri, and many saints were present. Poetry evening was also organized under this program, in which famous patriotic poet Kusam Hindu, Balkar Singh, Parveen Vairagi, Shashank Dattatreya Kulkarni, Mangesh Kumar were performed their poems.
The entire program was concluded with the blessings of Mahant Dutt Giri Ji, international general secretary of Shri Panch Dasnama Juna Akhara and president of the conspiracy Sadhu Samaj, in which Bhandara was organized after his discourse and book release.
Mahant Ji gave special greetings to Subhash Chandra, Chairman of the Committee and Shashank Kulkarni, the author of the book and Baba Laxman Das National Memorial Construction Service Committee for releasing this book.
Pati village Sarpanch, Iti Sharma was also present as a guest at the inaugural function. She said that through this book, the thought and personality of Baba Laxman Das Ji has been contemplated, the Pati village will get national recognition.
In this ceremony, the chairman of the Committee Birbal Sharma and members Praveen Kumar Bairagi, Viren Sharma and Vinay Sharma, Research Scholars of Jammu Central University, Piyush Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Vishal Sharma, senior citizen of Pati Village, Satpal G. Patwari, Resham Singh and Acharya Govind were present.
