JAMMU, Apr 9: The Chairperson of recently constituted Jammu and Kashmir Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Commission will be entitled to salary, allowances and other perks as is admissible to serving judge of a High Court minus the amount of pension including any commuted pension thereon.
An order to this effect was issued by Law Department here, today. As per the order every member of the Commission other than its Chairperson will be entitled to last pay drawn minus the amount of pension including any commuted pension thereon and the condition of the service of the members which have not been expressly provided for will be governed by All India Service Rules.
