JAMMU, Nov 21: A delegation of All Jammu and Kashmir Ayurvedic Congress comprising Dr H.N Patwari, Dr T.R Gupta, Dr B.R Sharma and Dr D.S Sambyal here today met Dr Phuntsog Angchuk, Director Ayush and submitted him a memorandum of demands.
These demands included bifurcation of State level directorate and establishing of provincial directorates.
Other demands included regularisation of non-sanctioned dispensaries, provision of technical staff for 134 single handed dispensaries, provision of administrative staff for newly created districts, provision of staff for various non-sanctioned schemes presently being managed on internal arrangement basis, provision of staff for newly opened Govt Ayurvedic Medical College as specified by Central Council of Medicine, re-designation of administrative staff and election for Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Medicine.
