JAMMU, Sept 17: Axis Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Border Security Force (BSF) to offer its Defence Salary Package ‘Power Salute’ to BSF personnel.
The MoU was signed by Venugopal V , Financial Advisor, BSF (R) and Sanjay Silas, President & Head -Branch Banking (L), Axis Bank.
‘Power Salute’ entails comprehensive retail banking products and services that are customized to address the requirements of the serving as well as retired BSF personnel. In addition to the basic banking services, the bank will also offer exclusive services like an enhanced personal accidental insurance cover with a special partial on duty coverage, total permanent disability cover, free unlimited ATM transactions on Axis Bank and other Bank ATMs, besides exclusive offers on loans and credit cards.

At Axis Bank, we consider this as our responsibility to serve the Para-military personnel and ensure that banking services are easily made available for them and their family, while they selflessly serve our nation. In continuation to our existing policy of ‘Pay to Pension’ for Defence personnel, all the facilities like the enhanced Personal Accidental Insurance cover will also be available to the BSF personnel post retirement .”
