NEW DELHI, Mar 10: Private-sector lender Axis Bank today said it has allotted 5,91,208 equity shares of Rs 2 each under its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) scheme. “…the Bank has allotted 5,91,208 equity shares of Rs 2 each on March 9, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme,” the bank said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange. The paid up share capital of the bank will accordingly increase from Rs 4.7346 billion to Rs 4.7358 billion, it added. Shares of the bank were last trading in BSE at Rs 592.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs 591.65. (UNI)
