Awareness programme for new criminal laws organized

JAMMU, Apr 3: To spread more awareness among students and communities, a programme “Awareness Yodha Programme” organized by Crime Branch was held here today.
During the programme awareness was spread among the yodhas, who are trained in New Criminal laws/Cyber Crime and Anti-Drug Campaign.
The function was attended by SSP Raj Kumar ANTF J&K and Joint Director Prosecution Javid Layeeq Dar.
The lecture on Cyber Crime was delivered by Dy SP Sachit Mahajan CICE J&K on drug awareness abuse.
This trained awareness Yodha will further conduct awareness Programme on their own in Schools and Colleges.
Under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, Crime Headquarters will continue to conduct more such awareness programmes to train more awareness Yodhas so that society may be enlightened about cyber crime and drug menace.
Students from 5 colleges of Cluster University Jammu participated in the awareness programme.
